Position: Regional Business Head: VP/SVP
Location: Sindh, Baluchistan
Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking, with at least 5 years as a Branch or Area Manager.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a branch network of 15-25 branches.
- Achieve business goals in lending, recovery, and deposit growth.
- Liaise with farmers, agricultural bodies, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations.
Position: Branch Manager: OG-I/AVP
Location: Nationwide (Including AJK & GB)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand agricultural credit and manage loan recovery.
- Mobilize deposits and cross-sell bank products.
- Ensure branch operations follow regulatory standards.
Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria
Age Limit: 55 years for VP/SVP, 45 years for OG-I/AVP.
Remuneration: Market-competitive packages offered.
Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
